Tax & Accounting Client Manager

What we'll like about you:

  • Becomes a key member of our accounting and tax services team
  • Supports our small business clients
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Dedicated to excellent client service and providing a rich, frictionless client experience
  • Ability to learn and implement new technology
  • Extensive tax experience with knowledge of complicated individual & business tax returns
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in public accounting providing bookkeeping & tax services
  • Extensive experience with QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online (QBO certification a plus)
  • Licensed EA (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with UltraTax and Thomson Reuters Suite a plus but not required

What you'll be doing:

  • Ability to accurately complete tasks and client deliverables in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the client and owners
  • Ability to problem solve and bring solutions to the table
  • Willingness to cross-train and join senior team member on prospect calls and client meetings
  • Providing outstanding customer service and treating clients and team members with respect
  • Continuing professional growth training
